Director of Contracts
- Located in upper/central NY state (relocation assistance provided)
- Will report to the COO
- Must have Aviation/Defense industry experience
- Must have 10+ years in Government Contracts/Commercial/International experience
- Must have experience in strategic involvement in business development and proposal development
- Must have knowledge and experience of US Government Procurement laws and procedures including Arms Export and Control Regulations;
- Current Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Compensation is expected to go up to $150K
Sr. Contract Manager (x2)
- Located in upper/central NY state (relocation assistance provided)
- Will develop and manage the contracts organization. Will be managing 5-6 people
- Must have 15+ years in contract admin and at least 3 years leading a contracts group
- Must have extensive experience with government contract practices including FAR, AMS, and commercial contract law
- Must have international experience
- Compensation will be in the $120K-$130K Range
- Two Contract Managers are needed for this company-one Manager will be more focused in the commercial side of this company and one will be more focused on the defense side. The defense side may also be searching for a Director role, I will know more details next week.
Sr. Contract Manager
- Located in North Carolina (relocation assistance provided)
- Government/Commercial Experience required
- Must have Aerospace or Avionics background
- International Experience required
- Will have approximately 10 direct reports
- Compensation will be in the $125K-$135K range
Program Manager
- Located in Pennsylvania (relocation assistance provided)
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years experience or Master's Degree and minimum 10 years experience
- Relevant experience in Defense industry environment leading a significant design and development program from preliminary design through qualification
- Will be directing manufacturing people and will need to understand the hardware design processes
- Experience in business capture, proposal management, strategic development, budget development, and performance in an Earned Value Management environment
- Active Secret security clearance
- Prefer Electronic Warfare experience
- Compensation will be in the $125K-$135K range
Principle Systems Engineer
- Located in Pennsylvania (relocation assistance provided)
- BS in a technical field or discipline with at least 15 years work experience; or Master's and 13 years experience
- Systems Engineering experience must involve RF, analog and digital HW & SW development, and verification
- Expertise in Electronic Warfare technology
- Understanding of analog and digital receiver and transmitter technology
- Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their business needs and translate into System baseline
- Business aptitude and basic understanding of DoD acquisition process
- Compensation will be in the $140K range
